Hanwell Community Centre Work Club

  • Where: Hanwell Community Centre, Westcott Crescent, Hanwell, W7 1PD
  • When: Tuesday 21st February 2017, 9:30 am
  • Admission: FREE

Unemployed residents can find help getting back into work thanks to three work clubs. The work clubs are fully equipped with IT. Practical advice and support is provided to help unemployed residents in their return to work including:
   • help with searching for a job
   • internet access
   • CV building
   • interview techniques
   • help in completing application forms
   • access to vocational training and other education opportunities
Anyone living in the borough is welcome to drop in to any club.
No appointment is necessary.

LH Talk: The Best Street in Ealing

Recently Pitshanger Lane in Ealing was crowned the best high street in London. This local history talk by Dr Jonathan Oates discusses the history of the Pitshanger area which includes bank robbery, trespass and murder.

Health club brings together traditional Chinese exercises of Tai Chi and self massage for an easy way to improve your overall health. Includes a gentle series of deep breathing and graceful physical movements working across the whole body, and self-massage using acupuncture points.
